COVID-19 Protocols & Guidelines

In line with the requirements and guidelines temporarily established by the Registered Massage Therapists Association of British Columbia, please review the below protocols and guidelines currently in place regarding all massage treatments:

  1. Please fill out this survey the day before each of your appointments to ensure you are in good health and able to receive a treatment. In accordance with the provincial health guidelines and the College of Massage Therapists of British Columbia (CMTBC), I am allowed to refuse treatment if you are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms and I conclude that it is no longer safe to massage you.
  2. In regards to the COVID-19 pre-screening survey, please answer the questions truthfully so we can keep everyone safe and so I can continue providing treatments to all of my patients.
  3. It is no longer a requirement to wear masks indoors in accordance with the Personal protective Equipment (PPE) guidelines provided by the CMTBC. However, if you feel more comfortable with wearing one you may and I will as well if you prefer.
  4. Before the treatment begins, it is important for you to wash your hands, which I will also do, to help prevent the spread of germs.
  5. After the treatment ends, I would advise you to wash your hands again to help keep you safe from any germs that may come in contact with you during the massage treatment.
